To get a year navigation template similar but not identical to this one, use

Where pattern is what the output should be like. In place of years use #### with - or + and a number to represent where the links should go. The default pattern is: ####-10 ・・ ####-1 ・ '''####''' ・ ####+1 ・・ ####+10
